South Carolina Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Attorney
David Pearlman is a workers' compensation and personal injury attorney based in Charleston. He grew up observing and respecting the law, thanks to his father's example, the Honorable Gus H. Pearlman, who was probate judge for Charleston County for 35 years.
David received his law degree from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1976 and has been an active member of the South Carolina Bar for over 40 years. He has been the recipient of many legal industry honors and has won numerous cases on behalf of his clients before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.
David and his wife of 39 years, Janet, reside on Sullivan’s Island and have two children. Their children follow in David’s footsteps as his daughter is a lawyer in Chicago, and his son is a lawyer in New York City.
